Partner Challenge

Palmer Digital Group has been long partnered with Crimson AV to supply a flexible range of wall and display mounts for indoor and outdoor QSR systems. The collaboration between the two trusted brands flourishes through the companies’ shared philosophies around strong customer service as well in-house engineering, resulting results in high-quality, high-value solutions. The two companies control their entire processes from concept design engineering to manufacturing through distribution. And the partnership continues to grow, including the introduction of a new ceiling-mounted window display solution introduced in Spring 2025.

Two-Way Solutions

Palmer Digital Group (PDG) offers a complete range of indoor and outdoor digital menu board and kiosk solutions, many of which were born from specific design requests from partners like Crimson AV. While Crimson AV offers select all-in-one kiosk products, working with a flexible design engineer partner like PDG allows Crimson to custom-build kiosk solutions with a reasonable 8-to-10-week lead time. “We have the ability to design and make complete systems with longer lead times,” said Will Bear, VP Sales and Marketing, Crimson AV. “Working with Palmer Digital Group opens up the world of possibilities for us and our customers, just as the variety and versatility of mounts do for their business.”

Benefits

  • PDG and Crimson share core competencies as in-house manufacturers
  • The two companies work together closely to ensure competitive pricing for customers, including bids for very large enterprise-level rollouts
  • PDG’s knowledgeable sales and technical support team can direct customers through mounting options and installation challenges
  • Crimson AV offers functional mounting solutions with straightforward designs that streamline jobs for installers
  • Crimson AV’s partnership with PDG opens design options and selection for Crimson AV customers that prefer to buy direct

PDG Value Proposition

Palmer Digital Group‘s primary Client list are distributing partners. Moreover, these partners are CMS and digital content providers that wanted to become the whole store solution by providing hardware and content. “We found that there was a gap in the industry with CMS and content providers that don’t have a hardware solution like digital kiosks and drive-thru digital menu boards, and started to locate these companies to train them on their products,” Chuck Lewis, Vice President, Palmer Digital Group. “As a result our partners, including Crimson AV, now enjoy additional revenue and have able to grow their companies by selling PDG products.”
